Richard Harrison

Assistant Chief/Captain Richard E. Harrison. Captain Harrison has been with the department since 1983.  He began his career as a dispatcher/Firefighter. In 1988 he served as a night shift patrol officer before becoming mandated. He then was promoted to Night Shift Sergeant. In 1998 he was promoted to the criminal investigation division and was promoted to Lieutenant in 1999. In 2005 he was promoted to Captain and currently serving as Assistant Chief.
